OMSA manages its tin metal production and export activities, oriented to the needs and new requirements of its customers and the market, considering the consultation and participation of our stakeholders for the achievement of mutual benefits, providing them with safe and healthy working conditions with emphasis on the prevention of occupational hazards, seeking to eliminate hazards and addressing the associated risks, maintaining its commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention, and aiming at the development of a sustainable metallurgical business that complies with legal regulations, planning and developing a management that contributes to local and national growth, through the continuous improvement of the Management System.

OMSA'S MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES

1. Reduce the environmental impacts produced by the company's activities and reinforce the prevention of accidents and aspects that affect the health and safety of people.

2. To apply improvements to processes, work systems, facilities and finished product specifications, improving efficiency in the use of resources.

3. Improve the competencies of personnel and develop their capabilities for the benefit of compliance with requirements, productivity and process efficiency.

4. Maintain control of concentrate purchases, treatment volumes and sales to increase production and improve profitability.
